Counseling Services

I currently only offer counseling as a Behavioral Health Counselor at Outside In. If you’d like to be notified if my availability changes, please fill out my contact form at the link below.

I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive, sex-positive, and kink-affirming. I celebrate and honor all bodies and relationship structures.

  • My priority in individual counseling is cultivating a supportive and authentic therapeutic relationship so you feel truly comfortable exploring your needs, wants, and curiosities in our shared space.

  • My priority in relationship counseling is to help you connect with the parts of the relationship that are special and build a meaningful way forward. Relationship counseling extends to any relationship that needs support. This includes couples, family members, friends, and even colleagues.

  • My priority in pregnancy options counseling is to provide a non-judgemental and supportive place for pregnant people to explore their feelings and options. I am here to process emotions, talk through options, and choose a path forward that feels right for you.

  • I am not currently offering groups, but please check back soon!

My Therapeutic Approach

I am a calm, gentle, and relational therapist who believes that every person is an expert of their own experience. I am here to listen to your story and collaboratively work with you to develop a deep level of self-awareness, change patterns that no longer work for you, and cope with the ever-changing environment and oppressive systems we all navigate. I use several modalities in my practice including mindfulness & experiential activities, tuning into the body (somatic experiencing), parts work, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I approach counseling through a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, sex-positive, and anti-oppressive lens – being mindful of how identity, culture, and power shape our lives.
